Which tyres

My personal favorites at the moment are metzler M5s good mileage excellent side grip and fairly decent in the wet. I've commuted, toured and done track days and they have been ace. There is a newer version called M7rr but they hadn't been released by the time I needed a set. It's all down to the individual preference and how you ride.

I had 2ct,s on my superduke , hated them , lasted a couple of thou , but went off within 500 miles
Too triangular profile as well
I'll stick with pirellis or metzlers , super corsas or raceteks

£80 a pair from my local race shop fitted

Ive ran the Bridgestone T30's on my ape and they are the dogs dangly bits. Superb grip from the off in wet and dry conditions, really confidence inspiring back tyre lasted me about 5000 miles, just about to but another one on the back. :thumbup

I liked the M5s and will be tempted by the M7s too.

Bridgestone have now released the S20 EVO which is said to bridge the gap between the T30 and the BT-003RS, like the S20 did originally but with more longevity.
