Hi peeps!

Want to do some tuning on my RSV RP01 2001.
My specs are:

-Arrow Titan Slip On without DB-Eater
-PIN 16 removed
-Coming soon... hooked airbox (http://rsvzone.com/forums/showthread.php?1763-Badgers-airbox-mod) with K&N filter

Which Eprom would fit best? Saw a special one from Arrow - for Arrow exhausts, but I am not sure if some else would do the job a bit better!

Another question is:
Which gear ratio would be best? The original one is too long, won't be ridin my bike at 260Km/h all the time.
Want some better acceleration! So what is the most common ratio used by "zone members"?

Thanks a lot in advance!

16/43 or 44 is good for more bottom end zing .... as far as eproms go Dr Rossi has excellent products & afew others like Garbo on AF1 racing , open airboxs may need some tuning work due to the extra increase in airflow but this can be achieved by yourself if you know what you are doing ..

Do those two teeth improve my acceleration that much, heard something of 15/43;44, or would that mod. be too extreme ?
Does Dr. Rossi have a homepage or do I have to contact him here?
As far as I know i will have to adjust the CO-value because of the changed airbox, am I right, or do I have to change some more things?

Thanks!

DrRossi Eproms are considered to be the best by many! I've got one myself.

As a general rule with sprockets... 1 down on the front is worth 3 up on the back. IMO 15/44 would be too extreme, though some people do use it. Just going down 1 on the front to 16/42 makes a really noticeable difference (that's what I'm running, going to try 16/43 soon though). Try 16/43 as a starter. Changing 1 sprocket again at a later date is no big deal if you want even more... you just have to remember that 1st gear needs to be usable!

you contact him here. you will get a chip and a manual what do to and how to set the co levels. it is said that 9 out of 10 work like a charm

for the sprockets: 16/44 is the bestseller here while 17/42 is original. quite same as 16/44 is 15/41 which is the way i am going as i find my current 15/42 too revvy and topspeed max 230-240 km/h is quite less than i would expect. when i first sat on the bike after the change of the sprocket it felt like a 4cylinder bike. so much gearing :) but at least i started to use higher gear than 3rd and was able to use 6th gear when traveling out of town

Hi

I'm running 16/44, it wheelies of the throtle in 2nd and comes up in 3rd with a little input and still does 150mph........cushty !
