Alright lads my bikes going in for its spray job at the end of the month, im not having the whole bike sprayed, just the panels that were replaced,

Ive been looking at Spooks bike and think its an amazing colour scheme and works perfectly into my panels i need spraying, so the choices are as follows

Please Cut me some slack on the photoshop skills was a rush job:thumbup

Choice one Back to standard

I voted back to standard, reason for that is Spooks bike looks orange/white/green, and I'm not sure that red/white/green has the same effect :dunno but if your going for it then option 3 looks the best :thumbup

Oh, that's the secong picture in option 1. good job I haven't voted yet. I'll do it now.

Can you redo option 3 with the white parts in black instead with a gold pinstripe seperating the colours? Anyway of darkening the red down?

You are quick squire! :)

I keep looking at each of them and wondering what it is that to my eyes is not allowing the seperate colours to work in a flowing fashion, and all I can settle on is it may be the bottom of the tank? From the second swage line down next to the side panel. If you look at Spooks, later model I know, but the colour seperation is broken down by the side panels. I think you may find the line at the top of the middle section of the front fairing on yours will flow into the swage line on the tank. Or alternatively bring the red down to the level of the vent on the fairing section and reducing the seperation colour between the red and the green. Maybe!!! :confused

i ve been looking and option 3 but with black hugger n front fenderalso the angle of the front fairing same as spooks, also bit obvious rsv decals to break up the panels ,maybe get the paint codes of spook if he doesnt mind, dont want handbags at twelve paces when you both turn up for a meet lol

try a whiter white same as spooks, that will make a huge difference .on the mock ups, i agree with caterpillar its the shape of your tank if you colour in the bottom part of the tank say from the same line as the bottom of the seat .black then as i said change the angle of the red on front fairing jobs a gudun mate .

To be honest mate don't really like any of them, but they may well look pukka in the flesh. Besides, who cares what I think, it's your motor :biggrin:thumbup

What about these ideas? Sorry really crap pshop but done in 5 mins

milleboy, as with Sprocker either back to standard red but with black front mudguard, black hugger and black lower bellypan with a white lower APRILIA decal or if you are going to do the paint scheme as per spooks you need to copy it exactly, similar to your Choice 2, but with flouro red powder coated wheels, black hugger and mudguard, and black Aprilia decal on the green lower fairing. You also need to fit the white number board decal and flashes that are missing off the front of your bike. Remember it's the detailing that counts

I love spooks bike thats one of the best i've seen and if you were to go with that colour scheme then you would have to go with the red wheels as well, the gold ones just don't go with the red, white and green that would be my choice and as the oyters have said keep the hugger and front mudguard black.

Number one mate.

Spooks bike is awesome, but I feel you are trying to replicate with the wrong bike.

Oh bugger....... im split between Original and option 2, something is missing on option 2 and i cant put my finger on it, gonna stare at the picture until it comes to me :thumbup

Its the black lines on Spook's bike it just breaks it up better. The shape of the older bike is all wrong for the colour scheme.

Also there is way to much red on option 2!!!!

Im **** at this sort of stuff and thats why it looks like a 4 year old coloured it in :biggrin more like this i reckon, with Aprilia in white on the bellypan, the 3 stripes on the tank in silver and the outline of a lions head on the side panels, front mudguard in white but forgot to colour it in
