Hi Murf

Have had all my bike wheels done by powder coating, no matter what they tell you, 2 pak is ***** and always becomes frail.

Powder coating is the way to go mate for sure, just strip them down 1st :thumbup

i had my oz's powder coated

wheelhouse tyres in coleshill did them

they removed & refitted bearings for me aswell as cush drive rubbers

yep same as cheesey - had my Oz's powder coated as well, but the guys I used I prob wouldn't recommend - the coverage was quite patchy so make sure they are recommended like the guys cheesey has told you about, or if you do a search on badgers posts he's recommended someone as well.

deacs :thumbup

I Got a great tip from JD's in Malton for removing the bearings on my Hayabusa cos they were a bugger on the front.

Buy a Good size Rawlbolt M12 i think, Insert it into the bearing and tighten it up. Then turn the wheel around and place your drift into the wheel's spindle tube and beat the **** out of the bottom of the rawl bolt... Works real easy and cost £2.50 from Barmy and Queer..

Had my wheels Powder Coated at Romax in Stockton, £100 and a first class job :D
