I swapped my 04 Tuono for an 09 when it had 26,000 miles on the clock but faceslider on the AF1 site has an 04 Tuono (i think) with over 75,000 miles and I believe he still uses it every day.
In the five years I had the 04 the only thing that needed sorting over and above normal service/chain etc was a leaking oil pressure switch, it still had the original battery on it as well. :thumbup
My 09 blew up in France with just 1200 miles on the clock but the nice people at aprilia have fixed it all up so now I am, like the rest of you, just waiting for the weather to turn....:angry
66 000 km - 41 000 miles on my 02 RSVR. Used in all weather for daily commuting approx 120 km daily, plenty of wet weather riding as located in Ireland. Also about 15 track days done and trip to Isle of Man. Sprag went at 20 000 miles, also AF1 rectifier installed at about the same time. Crashed once - flipped stoppie. Spark plug went from first cylinder at 140 km/h as was incorrectly torqued - scared da **** of me ! Bike still going very strong hoping to hit 100 000.
Had mine just over 4 years now, (06 Factory) bought it with around 1300 miles on, just on 42500 now. Faults, one speedo sensor, one set fork seals and alternator packed in at 38,000..This winters seen the battery off so that's on the shopping list as I don't want to damage the sprag clutch.
my 1999 has 36,000 miles on the clock and is as sweet as a nut , even though its had a hard life including many track days, twin akras , 57 mm throttle bodies , renegade air kit and gabrio chip , regular oil changes more than aprilia recommend

Mleage on mine now up to 51,000. Just had a full service done. Valves not been checked since 6,000 miles, so was surprised when dealer said all in spec non nreeded adjusting. Good engines these rotax.
