Ok will start off here.........

apart form the numerous items I have scavenged from the local tip my latest best deals are...

1. selling mt ttr600 that my missus bought for birthday present in portugal in 2004 for 3200 euros = then roughly £2000 sold few months back for £1900 :thumbup

2. Bought a briggs & stratton petrol generator for £10 off ebay (well actually won it for for £40 but bloke could not start it when I arrived so beat him down to a tenner!) fixed the kinked aged fuel line and sold for £110 :biggrin

more to follow..................
lets see how well these compare for starters

I spotted a Rukka 2 piece bike suit in a charity shop, paid £40 for it and sold it on ebay for £650!! I was pretty chuffed with that!

I bought a bultaco pursang mk12 for £6 from the scoots/tinkers/gypos
and a cz 250 for £2.
both easy fixes, sold the bultaco for £1500 and the cz for £60.
wish I could find bargains like that now...

Bought two Y2K RSVs last year - on in April for £1500, the other in August for £1396.

Took the first one to pieces, and used some of the parts to repair my crash damaged RSV-R and sold most of the other parts on and got £2497 back so almost a grand up on that deal.

Did the same to the second one and half way through selling all the bits on realised that I'd got £1931 in hand already so almost £600 up on that deal.

At that point I decided that I could build a track bike with what I had left over so that's what I've done.

In effect I've ended up with a track bike for nothing and £1600 in my back pocket..............perfect!
