what amp rating are they ...if 50 amp then there's ya problem .... you need the 150 amp ....Yamaha do one that's compatible but ain't got the part number ....cheaper as well

Yamaha #4KD-81940-00-00 I think it's 100 amp

Found a 150amp on ebay hopefully that will last!

Check ya battery if its in a state of just being able then it will start shorting the original solenoid ...........as previously said get the 150 amp solenoid it should see you right!!
