What is this rear brake problem? On the RSV'S?
1. i just bought a 2002 RSV R with 440 miles on it, so does this bike have the rear brake issue?

Crikey, how did you manage to find a 2002 with 440 miles on it?

I thought mine was low mileage at 11K.

Must be a 'show & shine' owners' bike!....Anyway as above don't worry about the rear brake only an issue for 2003.5 models on......ENJOY:thumbup

i bought it from a collector that needed some cash ASAP, and it's not the other bike i posted on here, this bike is sweeet! it's all stock, with 440 miles on it! ALSO IT WAS FOR SALE FOR A 2-DAY'S

alot of yellow milles showing up these days :dunno not too many Rs though, and that one is particularly nice :thumbup

if you use the right fluid and bleed the rear brake system regularly (at least every 1000 miles) there probably wont be any rear brake problems, theres plenty of things to help the rear brake fade less though, best has to be nice gilles rearsets which relocate the master cyl and look so :inlove
