Welding Prep

Right, gone to remove my front mudguard, and all 4 of the poxy hex head bolts has rounded out, so am going to get someone to spot weld a 8mm nut over the top of them to get them out.

What needs disconnecting, and where is the best place to disconnect it from please gents:dunno

Bolts

And when you re-fit make sure you use Stainless Steel or Titanium bolts, they dont round off like those ones aprilia fit that are made of cheese.

I still have a few M5 Stainles Steel Allen bolts spare in my garage you can have FOC if you PM me your address.

Cheers for the offer, but my neighbour and me tried it this afternoon, but it started melting the mudguard, so decided to drill them out instead.

Now got to sort out a broken drill bit that snapped off flush, thought this job would take 15 minutes, not 3 hours and still counting.....
