After waiting 3 weeks for my Ono to be fixed at wheels mc's Peterborough and after a battle to get it fixed under warranty as not being able to select neutral is acceptable for a yr old bike?????? Anyway I took my bike in clean as usual and received it back absolutely **** filthy! It had been road tested up a ******* field by the state of it!!!! In my mind if u take a bike in clean it should come back clean:banghead:banghead I cannot stress enough that this dealership are a shower of ***** they're friendly and helpfully until u have a issue and they've got ur money!so there attitude esp the manager and service manager is well you must have done it on purpose!!! Then swiftly followed by that's not a warranty issue blah blah:banghead:bawling
The lifetime Warrenty they highly recommend isn't worth a toss as there are so many get out clauses in the small print it's not worth the paper it's written on! Basically no matter what the fault they can CHOOSE if they repair it? So what's the ****** point as if it's expensive they just make there excuses and sidestep the costs!!!

I know I sound like a moaning git and I know this sort of stuff can be harmful to dealerships and business but its all facts and only my VERY HONEST opinion soooo...... STAY AWAY FROM WHEELS MOTORCYCLES!

Yer made yer point in a very clear and concise manner imo.

So yer should have no qualms in naming and shaming the dealership in question.

At the end of the day it's all aboot them absorbing the cost of putting the fault right and the way they're squirming aboot says it all.

There is a fix for yer problem but it involves a bit of spannering and the cost of buying the part.

Good luck wae getting yer machine sorted mucker, in the meantime try to get it in neutral before yer come tae a stop. :thumbup

I hope this dealership realise that, I for one will never use them. (out of business in weeks I hope)

Nae idea Ash, they did keep 'im waiting fir a few hours though, and that wiz fir a purchase. :no

g, der yer tink he'd need neutral or any of the rest of us fir that matter.

Granted it can be a pain noo and again, a must admit tae never having acquired a desire fir nae gear.

Maybe it's jist Me.

Ho Hum muckers.

As I have said before in previous posts,...they do some great deals,.....but the aftersales service/workshop have a poor reputation.
