I have a 2000MY mille and it's slightly hesitant coming off a closed throttle (just where you want some finesse opening up on the way out of a corner)
I decided to check the throttle body synchronisation and now I'm curious???
One of the first things the book says is to remove the vacuum takeoff from the right hand side on the rear throttle body, so out of curiosity I followed where the pipe goes, it goes to a 'T' connector and one side goes to the left side of the rear throttle body and the other side appears to go nowhere - i.e. it's open to atmosphere???
Surely this can't be right and may well be responsible for the hesitation at small throttle openings? the thing pulls like a beast when you really open the throttle.
Anybody know where the other end is supposed to go please (it has a small brass right angle tube clamped in the end of the pipe)
