Hi guys. My exhaust valve actuator motor is shagged and needs replacing. Butterfly valve on exhaust is stuck open and on startup the motor can't find it's correct position and keeps searching, so according to my Aprillia dealer I need a new actuator motor. Thought I'd check here first to see if anyone has one for sale.

Excuse my ignorance but, wouldnt a full exhaust system do away with the valve? Got to be a way around it. Similar to exup valve on my Yamaha FZ1. I was able to remove motor, cables and valve when I went to a slip on. There was a chip that connected directly to harness and fooled the ecu into thinking there was a motor there.
