Upgrade replacement parts - which will fit

Hi all,

I'm considering replacing the standard brembo wheels and Showa forks on my 03-rsv with R-parts. Can anyone tell me what will fit and what will not.

Will all year oz's fit on both axial and radial ohlins forks and vice versa. Can I go for any year radial forks all the way up to rsv4 or will only prior versions go. I do know about the disc spacer thing when going radial but that's where it all end for me

Hope you guys can shedd some light on the subject.

Hi Preben,

Where to start, later wheels from a radial bike will only fit axial forks if you machine 2.5 mm from either side of the the wheel where the disc fite, or from the brake callipers. If you want to change the forks to Ohlins you will also need the yokes, If you change to radial showa forks you will need the top yoke. Obviously if you change to radial forks you can fit any oz wheels with spacers on earlier axial wheels, and you will need callipers.
