all back together, reverse built BMW Sprag works a treat... fired up first touch!

had a bit of a nightmare with a few bits, seemed whoever had worked on it previous to me had butchered a few bits, nothing major but spent my time giving it a decent check over, couple mangled threads needed re-cutting etc. plus work has been keeping me busy! Was a great moment hearing it fire up!
 
Makes you wonder how Aprilia can justify the cost of the sprage when the BMW is a 3rd of the price and works just as well !!!. Glad you got it sorted then :)

Love to see some photos of the sprag change.
 
i have some pics but only of the bike in bits... although im happy to explain how to build the sprag up to fit the Aprilia

OR

if anyone isnt confident enough to do it i will happily reverse build the BMW Sprag for any Zone member if they post the part to me

best way to do it would be to have the sprag sent from the supplier to me and i will rebuild it and send it on to whoever requires it, just my way of paying back the help i recieved from Zone Members... you are a top bunch!
