Our Winter usually includes subzero temps ice and snow...
Tough last winter i was able to have a spin on December.
Worst case scenario is -25 centigrade even in Helsinki
Minus 25? Doesn't even get that cold on Salisbury Plain. Do you want me to send my thermals over? Sounds like you need them more than me (and I've er, sort of bulged out of them since I bought them for a skiing trip a few years back).

Last autumn / spring i think we rode in some -2 c. Spring time tough is challenging since they use sand on roads during the winter to increase friction on ice and snow so one needs to stay alert on corners.

Dunno early spring / late autumn you only drive on dry roads. Sand is used mainly on city areas and main roads its mixed with salt resin to melt the ice.
I do not ride on ice/snow with RSV.
Now its starts to be the last decent weathers for riding.
