Still no other ideas for the mufflers? Something small enough and affordable?
I noticed a possible problem I havent been thinking about while surfing around. On apriliaforum this guy said that his heel came too close of the pipe to be comfortable. Apriliaforum - custom exhaust. Theres also pics of the custom made pipes.
This worries me a bit. Have to make sure my heel doesn't end up too close of the pipe. If the pipes are bent too far back it'll end up just plain ugly or I have some serious Z shaped bendings on my pipe that might restrict the flow too much. Hummm. Gotta make some duct tape + whateverjunk -modeling to test this thing out.

Defo a problem with your heels, i burn my boots a bit but nothing serious, i have some wicked dairy bends on mine though, imo. The only other way is to split at the header but then the pipes exit low not high.
