that is absolute robbery. $197 for 12-13mph over the speed limit? talk about zero tolerance!! i'd be too scared to open the garage door. i think i would go and buy a CG125 to be safe if i lived in that area!!
feck. bet you were steaming mad:mad1? how many points can you accumulate before game over? saying all that, you'd get three points for doing that over here but certainly wouldn't be fined as much - thats just a final kick in the balls!
