Has anybody got one kicking about or know where i can get one :dunno

Nowhere round here has one and mine lets more wind out than i do after a night on the beer followed by a bhuna :biggrin

Thanks in advance

Take the valve out of a spare push bike inner tube. The valve bits are all the same.

the best thing you can do is go and have a lay flat valve fitted about a tenner a lot easier to put air in at petrol stations and won't deflate at high speeds like some of us have experianced in the past

Sounds like a plan, any ideas of somewhere to purchase such a wonderful technological marvel that is a 90 degree tyre valve?

If anyone who is going to the italian day in april wants me to get them one and save on postage, then i can get them from m and p beforehand and bring them down with me, thus saving you guys the postage costs, as they are only down the road from where i work, as are busters.

I'm spoilt for choice living here for big bike shops, hehe

Just got a phonecall from a local bike shop i rang yesterday and he said he might have one so am nipping there in a wee while. cheers boys

surely you can't leave them on as it will put the wheel out of balance anyway. The 90 degree screw on valve that i have states do not leave on.

Does anyone know offhand what size these are for the RSV:confused dont have bike at hand to look at.

Looking at these they come in two different sizes 8.5mm & 11mm.

Thinking of getting some when i get some top notch rubber.:pirate

Are these universal fit ( allowing for different Dias obviously) as I enquired about fitting some when I last had tyres put on the SV.

Tyre fitter ( who seemed to know what he was talking about ) said " don't even think about it, Triumph who fit them as standard have wheels designed for them"

If he was :jack and they fit in standard wheels then I can see me having to spend again.

I have a set of those fitted. You wil need an extra o-ring fir front wheel because of the shape of OZ, but either they work just fine.

No idea... on OZ the problem is the shape of the rim there is not enough flat surface around the valve hole.

However, it can be fixed with an extra o-ring. It works for me.
