In my experience just because you get to off the end of the tire on the rear doesnt mean you will go off it, because of how much it squashes. It doesnt take much lean to get to the edge on the back of any sports tire. It just means once you do the contact patch will be getting abit smaller, You can still lean more and get to the edge of the front aswell without loosing the rear. I always take the back being line free as a given, and only judge by the front as how much I have left. What I mean is the back will always reach the edge first. Or are you saying you find you reach the edge on the front the same time as the back with the 190 on these bikes?
I once went off the edge of a front once (the bike was already sitting on the belly pan, so there was all most no damage), but Id reached the edge of the back way before.
I was just wondering if any of you have had issues with loosing the back through lean using the 180?
I see what you mean though, I guess the 180 would flatten out on a rim made for a 190?
