pulled the t out the shed the day in menacin black, always makes ma smile, chucked a leg over, and kicked the twa cylinders and bewoulf cans into life,,,,, yeeeeeeeefuckinhaaaaaaaaaa,,,,,, plenty attention major hammerin on the twisties an 85 miles before ma wee orange lite ame on,,,,, the bollox of a day 11 out o 10m,,,,,
even the nice traffic cop who was stoppin every bike at lochearn head and handing out fines, commented how cool it was before a 60 quid fine was in ma pocket, due to my wee plate,,,,

Hi seanramsay. I was out on the t yesterday. I had no place or route in mind. I ended up in Callander and thought I'll do that run from Lochearnhead, then I remembered the last time I went that way plod was out listening for the bikes. There was a guy in front of me with a GXR 750 who was giving it big stick on the straights. Plod pulled both of us. I just had my 600 mile service done and took the bike to the shop I bought it from 200 miles away, I decided not to run the t for the 400 mile trip on map1 with the Mivv's on. So when they pulled us it still had the factory exhausts and standard number plate lucky me, when I left they were giving the other guy what for.
I was out a run with my mate about 4 or 5 weeks ago, it was with the duc owners I was the only non duc anyway we met in Glasgow and went to the stop opposite the green wellie in Tyndrum where we were to meet more guys on ducs. When they arrived one of them from Dundee had come down the Lochearnhead road and guess what, plod had pulled him 60 quid later and a warning that if he did'nt sort his exhausts he would be looking at an ASBO. It seems to me that the area should be tiptoed through if you have to go there. Any joy with your e-moto stuff yet.
Aldo.

hey aldo, not a ******* peep fae e moto, my bank relaced the money in my account but told me if they dont recover it from e moto they take it back again,,,,, rekon im screwed with it, ,,,,plod stopped me originally for my visor,,,,, blah,,,illegal,,,blah,,,, insurance void,,,,blah,,,,, meanwhile in another part o bonnie scotland some crack head will be muggin a granny,,,,, i explained it wasnt a black out but 50% tint as it didnt have the kite mark it was illegal,,,, he then checked cans which at that point i thought im ****** lol,,,,, noticin the stamp they were ok, never mind the lack o baffles, then his attention drew to the tiny numbers on the 9 x inch an half plate, which he measured for size,,, didnt take a genius to work out it was too wee,,,, then cha ching 60 quid,,,,, and a lecture,,,,and a lovely wee booklet called 'around the corner' with a nice wee route map,,,,, like im gonna go on a assigned police route on a warm sunday afternoon lol,,,, a better route wee go is up to braemar then head out toward banchory, then hook a left up to the lecht ski centre and tommitoul all quite back roads an moorland,,,,,

Hi seanramsay. Will get the map out and have a look at yer run. My mate with the streetfighter is in the same boat as you only he has'nt waited as long. Seems like a run south might be productive.

Ey up boys,
Where abouts you on aboot? If its gettable from Gunchester in a Saturday and stop over back Sunday morning I might pop up and have a nip round your tartan tarmac roads before the days become permanant nights.

A load of us were in Scotland in May and on our run to Oban got stopped by the prick of the year. What an absolute knob. Had nowt on us, but lectured us for 20 mins. It seems we are being victomised for having bikes as our hobby, instead of stamp collecting or train spotting. That will be the last time we go in that direction when staying at Fort William, north bound is less policed and just as much fun.
By the way, I've had a blade and prefer the T every time

Hi Nobist. I had a look at seanramsay's route and it's an all day trip from Glasgow. Tomintoul is west of Aberdeen, so how far south of Aberdeen are you? I think you would need the two full days. If you decide to go for it let me know and I'll try to do the top half with you.
Aldo.

Thanks very much for the offer. It sounds like I will have to grovel like no other groveller to get 2 nights away on my own again. Had 3 trips wi lads and 2 wi B atch already this year.
But the offer of a guide to that foreign land is a generous one.
And I will have to try my new Ermax screen out wont I.:thumbup

ah'm ****** well up fir that aldo,,,,,,,,, ah'd hook up wi yes wi ma mates, aw v twins, imagine the fecking racket,,,,,,,,lol,,,,,, aye nobist get yer map oot, the full route was up to glenshee, braemar, head for tommitoul, then to aviemore, head to spean bridge, to fort william down to ward oban then up over glencoe, down to loch earn (swiftly avoiding st fillans wi arse hole plod) lol ,,,, its a good 7 hr run, and not one speed camera on any o the route around 300 miles,,,,,,

I think more like would they understand you.

I`ve just been out on the T for an hour, Shad ,over Belmont and up near Rivvie and straight on to Chorley. Back to Blackburn ,motorway to Rocket Centre and home. Suspension seems hard especially since the roads are like the moons surface
time now 16 15

*******s... all of you! I was in Scotland on my honeymoon and the Citroen C4 that we rented wasn't what I really wanted for the trip up from Kirkcaldy to Ft William and back. Way jealous of you lot. I have a three hour drive in the flatlands before I can get to any decent twisties and it's 8 hours to roads like yours. Hence the high mileage on my T... I keep going back to the mountains to enjoy maximum leaned overage... Keep posting, I am living vicariously through you!

Tokin aboot ya dobber. Coorse we no whit yer tokin aboot. Sorted.
Shoot ya rocket.

Hi Mucker. I'm told that your part of the Planet is totatlly stunning. Us here in Scotland have enough water falling on us to spoil most long runs or weekends. But when its good its very very good. I wish that everyone could come here and experirence whats on our doorstep.
