Can anyone help, battery fully charged and only 6 months old ye enguine turns over very slowly and if left soon runs flat over 3 days, no power to garage so cant use optimate. It is as if the compression is so high it struggles to turn the crank properly. Any advise welcomed. Thanks Rich

Had this with mine, if it was left off the optimate for more than a few days it wouldn't start & I've got the uprated solenoid & battery. Take off all the battery leads & clean up the connectors with wet & dry including the earth points to the frame, engine & the starter motor. Smear them all with vaseline & do all the bolts up real tight.
I can leave mine off the optimate for several weeks now before the alarm drains it :thumbup
You can get solar trickle chargers, not sure how good they are though, may be a way to keep your battery topped up
