Turning 2007 Rsv into Tuono

I have all the fairings and the triple clamp off my rsv in order to turn it in a tuono. I have ordered all the parts I need . My question is what the hell do you do with all the wires that were conected to the side panels on my rsv Where do i rerout them ? I would really appreciate your help and maybe photos.
