Be about £25-30 posted depending on postage costs need to work it all out, paint/trim/aluminium mesh/postage and cost of packing then add a tenner to fund my racing a little bit so I think it will be about £25 give or take a few quid, trim is £1.60 p/m mesh is £20 for so much but need to see how many I get from each sheet of mesh and how much a can of paint will cover.

Got a few of these made up today, need some more edging trim but got about 8 sets made up, But made 11 sets.
Depending how much postage costs they will be a tad under £25 posted.
Choice of silver aluminium or black (rattle can one sided), you can paint it yourself if you get the silver one with an Aprilia logo or whatever.
Will post some pics by Monday.

Also silver ones unpainted are £2 cheaper.

Upper guard pushes into the concave rad and stays in place.
Bottom oil guard needs lock wiring in place:
OK guys nipped to post office today to see how much they were to post, got 8 of these ready to go, some black and some plain silver (can paint yourself).
Costs, bought a load of stuff so cheaper in bulk and divided it by the amount I could make, making these to put towards my racing bill for the year.
£3.63 aluminium mesh
£4.50 edging (otherwise you will cut your hands to shreds and the bike)
£2 paint for black ones
£0.50 A1 card envelope
£3.20 Postage to UK
So £21.83 for silver water and oil rad guard delivered and £23.83 for the black ones, will chuck a little bit of lock wiring in for the oil rad guard.
