After some help as summer is here and ive just put my bike out of action......

2004 RSV Tuono - Common issue of a leak from the oil pressure switch. Took it out, cleaned, locktite 243 and went to refit. Whether it was over tightened in the past or I'm just an idiot, either way, it has completely de-threaded the block.

Does the head have enough clearance to helicoil? My other thought is just to epoxy it in. But not a clean or great solution.

Suggestions and help is much appreciated!
 
Oh that's not so good. Is there any threads left that you can snug up with PTFE tape or is it proper mullered
