Newbie here, couldn't see an intro section though just had a quick look.
Lusted after a Tuono for years and nearly bought a Gen 2 a while back..how ever, After 11k miles on Multistrada 1200 I'm now ready to take the plunge on V4 Tuono (sport bikes in my blood it would seem).
The Duke will be up for sale soon, great bike but it IS an adventure bike (that can hustle|) I don't care for the long travel suspension though or the longer wheelbase on twisty roads.
Heading to NEC to look at choices...as in any new colours (or not?) for 2015...Aprilia coming to my garage in the new year.

greetings and salutations mate and good luck with your search
don't suppose you were out and about around Weardale on Sunday on your duc with a blue gen 2

Thanks.

I was on those roads Sunday with a dark blue and another dark grey Gen2 Fz1s, not a Tuono, plus a few other bikes. Stopped at Hartside mid day and again to stop and breathe (after the best bit coming back from Penrith...) late on. My multi is red and still had the panniers on if that rings any bells. ;)

Welcome, you will love the Tuono every time I ride it, I carnt help but smile :thumbup

Welcome
Fairly new here myself. Just recently sold my 1200 Multi S Sport this year, bought new from M&S. Brilliant bike but as per your comment I missed my sports bikes, you will not regret getting a V4 Tuono, I love my bike, new a couple of weeks back, now done 695 miles.
Regards
Stu
P.S Matte Black is faster LOL (run for cover)

Welcome FUDs.

Remember, black absorbs heart and thus weighs more than white. Thus it is the slower color :)

Leroy Burnell, Michael Johnson, Usain Bolt, Linford Christie, No Farrah all disagree....
And say white ain't right! Lol
