Okay Im trying to wrap my head around this, What is a troy corser 2002 rsv mille r... My bike obviously is yellow. It came with the troy corser tank pad.. Is this a limited edition or what..
 
Dunno mate, mine's yellow too, but with a AGIP tank pad...but it's certainly not a can of oil :laugh
 
Always thought the Troy Corser was in Black !. . . Which as everyone knows is the much faster colour !!
 
Okay, I get it, You guys dont like yellow... lol, I was just curious, I too have a black 05 raven r1 and love the color... I will tell you this I have the only aprillia in town here in texas so its rare to me...
 
Its not that people don’t like yellow its that there is an ongoing joke here about the fastest colours. :devious

Personally I like the RSV in yellow but only the 02 onwards shape (sorry for any offense this may cause). :thumbup

What's wrong with the 01? :p
its got a better looking tail section IMO and that's the only difference...if you're talking non-r.
 
blue is the fastest. black, silver and yellow rsv millies are like alot of the wonderful women of nottingham, "common as **** and abit slow". lol
 
Think your getting confused mate ! More like the blue ones being " a little dull, not alot to say, and matching the wonderful women of Nottinghams legs riding pillion in all that cold weather up north "
 
I quiet like the yellow ones, there just not fast enough. They must of been built on a friday, every one in the factory too eager to leave for the weekend and something got missed out.:nana

Everyone knows that RED rsv's are the fastet, look at the facts........... Ferrari's = RED! Need I say more! :devious
 
In the last 2 races of the world superbike 2000 series at Brands Hatch, Troy Corser's Aprilia had yellow bodywork. The tank pad might have something to do with that.
 
The Corsa edition was just the paint job on 02 models. It is the standard black (matt) bike with orange & not red flashes. Had "Troy Corsa" sticker on the tank.
 
Hey guys

Its fun to f&%k around without any proof, so here is some relevant top speed runs done on the Salt Lake on a 2001 Aprilia RSV back in 2004.

SAME conditions, SAME bike, SAME ambient temperature, the only thing changed between each run with the colour of the fairing, DO NOT ask me why. :dunno

Yellow 166.1 MPH
Blue 162.5 MPH
Red 167.1 MPH
Black 163.7 MPH

So there you have it, these runs were done within a 1 hour time line, it sounds like **** to me, but here is the link :thumbup
