Hi there
can some one offer any advice on removing the in fill sections just below the tank the forward screw has a captive nut/sleeve set in to the tank , well one of my captive nut/sleeve is not very captivated in fact it turns freely , has any one got a cunning fix /solution to problem . I think i am correct in saying that i can still remove tank with this section connected ? :thumbdown ,sorry gen2 rsv tuono 1000 r.

Think you should be able to remove the tank with it attached.... though you will probably need a spare pair of hands...
Doubt you will be able to move the tank into the upright / service position with that attached, so may need someone to hold the tank up while you disconnect the fuel pipes etc... ?
Much easier to do with an empty ish tank....

:)

felix thank you for that ,
you are right about the spare pair of hands :thumbup
