You'll be fine with a mille, I've just purchased one and its a very civilised way of going very quick. Put it this way, my breathed on ZX6R was more of a handful!

You may find the RSV too tall if you're a bit vertically challenged 
. I've got a ~32" inside leg and I can just get both my feet flat on the ground if I'm all the way forward in the seat. Otherwise it's on my toes further back.
05 ZX6R looked tiny when I sat on one though! . I have pretty normal sized legs but a longer upper body.
