******* insurance *****,,,, spent aw day on the fone wi ma company , swinton, aboot swapping the insurance on nobs tuono,,,,, wi some thick bitch called julie, who admited she kens **** aw aboot bikes, which pissed me aff for a kick aff, she then proceeded to tell me theres nae such bike as a tuono, only a milie, ok a says, howd ye come tae that conclusion, she says its no on ma screen, therefore it cant exist,,, aye it does a says, no it disnae she said, blah blah blah, back an forrit it went, she then told me she wid fone back after talkin to the underwriters, which she never, a had tae fone them, still nae joy, she then offered me breakdoon insurance, i says on a ******* bike that disnae exist????

after calmin doon, we proceeded to swap the policy,,,, hud on she says,,, whit, i say your current insurers wont insure that bike,,,,, oh aye, how no a says,,, its too expensive and powerful,,,,, so i then points oot the fechter wis nearly 3 times the price an a guid bit more powerful, so why the **** is this ony different, so ahm totally pissed at this point, she then offered to do another quote, cancellin ma policy an taking oot a new wan,,,,, no much option a says,
