Hello everyone again!
Not sure if you already know this but had a major off last November (**** pulled out of a side road) any way to cut a long story short. I have replaced my RSV but unfortunately I am unable to use the poor rear brake because of my injuries.

Is it possible to fit a thumb brake to my bike?. I have looked into it and there is noit alot of room around the left handlebar to fit the thumb lever and master cylinder.

Has any body done this mod that could give me some advise eg:
Brand of thumb brake.
Photos.
Mods required.

Thanks guys

Joe

Hey Joe, a lot of the thumb brakes attach to the fork leg so you don't need room on the clip on - give Griff @ Aprilia Performance a call on 01827 285500 as he can source them and is a very helpful and knowledgeable guy.

Like the man said the good ones fit to the fork. There is a cheaper one that fits on the clip on but it looks bulky. Thumb rear brakes are ace but soooo expensive for what you get.

plus you will prolly have to cut the top fairing for clearance, I nearly fitted one to my CF mille.
you see them on fleabay occasionally for 200-350
