throttle grip help - calling mick oliver and friends

O

OZMILLE

Hi again guys

I started my way down the path of the quick action throttle.

In fact I am replacing some after market grips, going back to originals
as they are much nicer feel wise!!

However the throttle side leaves me perplexed (I am self noted being mechanically ********) so I need some help as to how to get through this.

I need to know (PICS WOULD BE GREAT) how to get the cables out of the grip etc.

Could someone please explain the process, with pics would be even better.

Cheers Pete

you need to get some slack in both the cables, lift the tank and loosen the nuts on the throttle bodies where the cables attach. if you need to loosen some more there is also more adjustment at the cable attachment under the handlebar.

good luck
