See what I did their ? The V4 oh no ! ;-) Its fooking horrid. Theirs almost the same amount of fairing as the Rsv4. Naked,,, my pile riddled arse it is.

Is that why yer so testy lately... yer pile ridden arse?!

No, it isn't a twin, no it doesn't look exactly like the previous model. It's a NEW BIKE ya ******' nob!!

Let it percolate through the two remaining brain cells you possess and look at it more objectively.

Tiz gonna have to be somethin special to tempt me to dump me T.

Get yourself out into ya garage (or dinning room) and look at those curves..... how can ya dump that... go on.... how ?

hang on ..... maybe wait for the 2nd gen V4......

In a ******' heartbeat, nobbie dearest, in a ******' heartbeat.

Not giving up Andiamo though....

Thats the more flattering shot, but it is a million miles fron a naked. Some manafactrurers would market it as an 'aggressive' allrounder. Certainley the most faired naked this Nobs ever seen. The original Tuono's were sports bikes with fairings and clip ons removed, flatbars fitted, bobs yer uncle, that is a lazy lazy attempt. Bikes first and foremost, for me, have to be sexy. That, to me, is really ugly. For instance when I Saw the Falco I immidiately fell for it, just had to have it. Got home did loads of research and no one was buying them. They got great reviews but no one wanted them ?? It was in the garage next week, the Rocket Centre were selling it so it wasn't cheap and when I saw it again that was it. SOLD. I had to have it, I wasn't and still aint that bothered about any bikes minor failings or whether they are the courent 'must have'. I had a Trumpit TT600 when they were getting laughed at but it was brilliant. Come to think of it I've always gone for the quirky or the underdog in perhaps every thing in me life. You will always ride around any bikes foibles if you love it enough, or you can tweek them to suit yourslf. I know to many lads, well I did do, that bought all the **** out bike mags and all they ever went on about was 190mph, 4th gear wheelies blah blah blah, ********. They only go to the local posing places and stand there looking at the bikes thinking how ace it is and how ace they are. NOBS. Every time I see my T is gives me a knock and every time I ride it it blows me brains. That 4ono does absolutely nothing for me. It looks way to mainstream for a start, it wouldn't look out of place on the Honda, Yam, Kwak or Suzuki stand. Maybe thats the problem.

AND what the **** do you know ???????? Mr Manchester Wanderers fan ;-]

Those Falco's were great bikes. My bro-in-law had one,...he bought it dirt cheap cheap from 3X m/cycles darn sarf. They had a few in from another dealer that went bust.He loved it.

i agree with nob on this one. Its ******* horrible, and as nob said its a lazy attempt. They got it bang on with the gen 1 and 2, the v4 is a cracking RACE bike and thats how they should have left it. This is just a poor attempt to make a load of money with no work, i for one dont think its gonna sell that well !

nut, its the baws,,,,mirrors aff, wee slash an cut exhaust,,,,wee plate hanger,,,,,tidy,,,,wance the duc's squared aff seany boy will be in search fir wan a think,,,,

I'd love to get a Falco but the damn things aren't able to be imported to Canada... dammit. I do love the look. All the grunt of the RSVR in a much more back friendly frame.
The Tuono has always seemed to polarize opinions. Ya either love 'em or hate 'em. Most of us here love 'em... some us of hate the dealer network (sorry duke!). Was there to much fairing on the Factory? The belly pan was a lot bigger than the R version. But a lot of R riders wanted that full pan. Some really hated the little wing thingies on the Gen II rad and so took them off. I agree that a bike should be sexy. There is a lot of difference on what we think is sexy. I like redheads and Salma Hayak lookalikes. Dinnae like blondes. One of my mates will not even look at a lass unless she's blonde... All in the eye of the beholder.

I'm way tired... Don't think that made much sense but wtf...

Nah, if Tuono (or Tuoldo) is 2ono, then this is the 4ono

Edit, my mistake. Not been thinking right lately. Just the 4ono please. :)

We're on the case, I think their's about 75% think its ugly, 20% undecided and 5% like it. Me 100% ugly.

TBH it looks half assed in the pictures.

The front fairing should be higher than the RSV4 - like a GenII compared to an RSVR.

I'll reserve final judgement until the NEC when we get to see one in the "flesh" as it were.

Either way I am keeping the current bike for next year, I can't see why I (personally) would want more power, especially from an upright bike.

Don't need more power. The only thing that would possibly make me think of swapping would be a bigger seated Tuono type of thingy. The new Shiver [rubbish name innit] might be more interesting if it is a 1200.
Not fussed really though, lovin the T.

I have seen it I have tuched it , but I tell you this ,I dont think its a beter bike than I have all redy got , I have to be honest with my self , I ride my Tuono'R like a **** ,I am on borrowd time befor I get nicked on it , but I allso havent nocked off the hero blobbs on the pegs yet , have just scraped the right hand side one a tuch , carnt get my knee down my legs are to short I wood have to hang off like Gibbon to do so but dont need to even on track days
so I can onley ride my tuono to 80% to what its caperbule of being riden to , the v'4 not a prity bike up close , has loads of gajjits so it can be ridden by mear mortals like me , so I carnt see the piont of it for my self , I dont need more pawere . two of my mates whonted moor pawer larst year ,and I berry'd them larst year !! . I have allredy one of the most underrated well bilt do allmost eneything bikes ever bilt , I am content with that ,for the first time in my bikeing life ,I was there befor ,but thort the grass was greener with KTM, it was but it dident taste as nice as my old 03 tuono , Thats all I need .

as a well ridden tuono'R or factry will piss all over the V'4 Tuono on the road riden badley . I can think of beter things to spend £10.000'GBP on like snowbourding holerdays, Dirt bikeing , and keeping my beloved Tuono in services, tiers , and Euro touring trips ;) .
