The ears are on!!! Opinions please!!

looks good, but swap the bolts before they rust ! probably better off with black number plate bolts :)

Andi that's well smart - top job and well worth all your efforts I reckon. Agree on the bolts - black anodised will be the perfect finishing touch.

PS. Just a suggestion but a couple of other small touches of carbon - heel plates, side panels or something - would set them off nicely.

they look good fella to say you were going to sell them the other day bet your well happy 10 out 10 far not throwing the towel in:thumbup

looks good bro! how does the headlamp deflecto go? with adhesive tape?
yeah it might look better with some paint on those bolts :)

Top job mate. glad you didnt sell them, well im not as I would have brought them off you. Will have to get in touch with russ to get a set :)
As for the wheel trims, nice touch lol

Well thanks very much for your opinions (well most of them anyway lol!!) Overall think they're a hit, glad i kept with it. I agree that a little more carbon is in order so have emailed Russ for frame protectors and a hugger. Superyellow, the headlight protector comes supplied with self adhesive "velcro" type fixings, simply peel the back off and stick them in place. Going to pick up some black bolts this weekend if possible. Also ordered a pair of l.e.d Audi R8 type lights which i'm planning on fitting somewhere around the nose as the dark headlight shield is quite dark (was saying to Alan the other day, saw a special Fireblade with them fitted and looked the b*llocks!!). I'll get pics up when i've got them as will be looking for advice on where they should go on the bike. Was thinking below the headlight along the bottom of the nose cone but will stick them on first in a few places for your thoughts.

cheers again folks and here's to a roasting hot 2009!!!

Did you see the research by Honda that concluded that if you make the front of a bike look like a human face drivers are more likely to notice it and so not pull out on you?
So arrange those LEDs like a big old Smiley!:)
