Thought I'd trawl through fleabay looking at exhausts and and this one silver bike jumped out at me . Its only mine with the beowulf can on it I'd bought , think I'll ring em and see if they will give me a discount for using my bike for advertising purposes lol

as you have the oe can back on id ask for a refund or you will be suing them as you didn't authorize them using your bike ?

someone did that to me on ebay, used a pic of mine to advertise his..cheeky fkuca

I dont have the beowulf anymore but even so , I think they asked for pictures of your bike to show on their own website which obviously I did but not to show elsewhere. Still gonna ring em and blag something out of them if I can .

well rang em up today and got the feeling that they thought nowt of it but offered me 10% discount with being a previous customer . I think theres something called interllectual copyright but need to look into it although would not be surprised they took the picture off. I did find my my original email given them permission to use the photo on their site .

Ah I couldnt be bothered pursuing it further. Lifes too short, I be happy with an apology and taking it down or maybe some free tat as a gesture. Its just cheeky.

Probably will drop it , thought they would have offered some tat like you said . btw they are putting the prices up if anyones interested .
