Fook knows
When I went out the other day, after the bike not moving for at least 5 weeks, the back brake was fine.
I've never had a problem with it, on any of me Prillas for that matter.
All I've done is put a longer dooins on so its a bit more under me foot, and I only did that because I moved the pegs down and back a bit.
Am I the only one with a functioning back brake, can't be,,, shirley.

What about you boys and Evilin ?

Don't call me shirley.

Ma back brake is worse than a man short.

Never had a problem with the rear brake on the T ive got now but my old 07 T was ***** , so you aint the only one with a rear brake matey :thumbup

:thumbup - no probs with my back brake !! i just put me foot down on the road :yes, its more use than the aprilia rear brake :thumbup

my back brake has always worked... but unlike other back brakes i've used i'ts useless for dragg'n through a corner, how come the japs can make a back brake that is useable ?

*****. I too hold to the foot dragging brake scenario. I've spent good money to have the things bled "professionally" and after a marvelous honeymoon period, back to not even being able to hold me from rolling at an intersection.

*****.

Mine works. Holds my weight no problem on a hill start and can even lock it up going down my back lane if I want. Not had a problem with it yet. 53 plate. Not sure if the previous owner did anything with it but its all standard with original rearsets etc.

Mine did not work until I recently used the kzmille method of bleeding. It works now but I'd rate its performance as pretty poor even when fully functioning. Don't know if/how long it will last but infinitely better than conventional bleeding which has virtually no effect

never had a problem wth it on this one or the factory tuoldo.

I reckon a bit of presevative (oil) got on it last week but it came off ok.

The dealer i got the tuono from reckens its a bleeding problem##he says to take the caliper and lever off

Turn the caliper upside down and open the nipple, then press the plunger 3 times and refit

Dont know if it works but thats what he said

He's taking the piss, thats how you start a chainsaw.

I think its all about luck , you either have one that works or not , as i said before mine works but my old 07 was probably nailed together on a friday afternoon and they thought " **** it , that will do " ........ and buggered off home :thumbup

What back brake? Rsvr was non existent. Last mot the guy asked if the bike had to be running or was their a gadget to make it work as registered 2 on the pressure sensor / rolling road thing, should of been between 60-80? Never bothered me though as never needed it apart from on hills, obviously I need to twist the wrist a bit more. Tuono seems good so touch wood & all that.
