Sweet roads

Just got back from a week in Scotland and then a few days in the Yorkshire Dales.:doug You guys have some awesome roads:thumbup Jeez Cumbria kicks azz:inlove But Guess what?:dunno

I was in a frikkin car with the wife and kidz:whipping

Must do it on the bike:banana

Its like Somerset but a bit bigger:thumbup

Bit wetter too:dowhat

Nice one, I stayed in Skipton last night before driving home today. Great biking roads up there. Loads of gyppo's around at the mo. Some gyppo fair kicking off up there. Appleby is it?:dunno

yeah the roads between kirby lonsdale and west coast cumbria are class.
also towards shap and skipton
loads to choose from, just watch out for them slow tractors and ***** on the roads lol

Also I drove out to Whitehaven on the coast there. Was longing to be on the bike. The missis even told me I was driving like I was on a bike (like she knows!) Definately gonna get up there sometime on the old steed.:eatcorn

thats my favourite route - whitehaven, where i live to millum on to barrow, kirby lonsdale, to ambleside to keswick n home sweet times
