Hello,

I'm new here and I'm really close to buy a Tuono 08 with 13k km:thumbdown:thumbup:rolleyes

There is one thing that I can't find any info on the web.:banghead

Inside the computer of the bike, when you get inside settings, there is an option to "adjust suspension" (that's what the owner said to me :eek). Inside that menu, on the left side of the screen, shows 3 set of parameters with numbers from 1 to 20 and on the right side it says Front and Back with options "Soft" "Medium" "Hard".:rolleyes

Also there is another menu (just under suspension) where you can set the pressure of the tires.

Someone knows what are these menus? I really doubt that you can adjust the suspension on the bike with a button. I have read manuals direct from aprilia, and there is no mencions of

Thanks for your help!!:crazy:crazy:crazy

Cheerss!!

Future owner of a Tuono (hope so!)

The owner told you a load of bollox,.....you cant adjust the suspension or tyre pressures electronically.
The S and T in the clocks menu is for storing info,...thats all.Its a bit **** and fiddly to get in so most owners dont bother with it.

Pretty much what Keith says. Tyre pressures & suspension have to be done manually.
If the owner is telling you this, he's on drugs or a total nutter, so be wary about buying a bike from him

if KB says it its right ,settings a pile of crap but don't let that put you off they are cracking bikes if a bit quirky

that would be a good option, seriously rexus, is this the bike you want ??

The pressure tires is something that BMW already has, maybe the V4?

Anyway, Why do you ask if I want these bike?

And quite useless to write on the computer of the bike the parameter of your suspension and your pressure tires to use.

Go into the suspension setting and input
'www.suspenion.i-havethepower.com'
Once you have the power, switch to mode 2, which will take you very close to castle greyskull. :)

i just wrote out a massive response to this..

then deleted it.

come on rexius, i understand yer new on here, but ffs.

T and g, the fuds got nae manners, so if he thought yer could dial in a setting that wid adjist yer machines sussers and pressures good on him.

He only wanted to know, jist a shame he jumped in wae both feet.

Nae need tae chastise him fir that.

Give us an INTRO mucker afore yer ask the secret questions. :thumbup

OK fair enough Ali, it is after all New Years Eve, peace on earth and all that stuff.
So, are we all agreed then, the VERY next newbie that piles in with no intro and 'how do you select sport mode' is kept in the dark for as long as possibe?
C'mon! It'll be a hoot!

We'll need KB on board for that to happen, but I'm in. :thumbup

i remember the lecture i got for my first posting :rolleyes so count me in :thumbup
