Can anyone help regarding an ideal suspension setup for 12st rider,fast road use only? Also, and I know this subject has probably been done to death but am thinking about changing front sprocket to 15 teeth but keeping rear at the standard 42. Can I retain existing chain and what will be the main benefit?
