Went out last weekend and after a while I noticed 2nd and 3rd was a bit sticky on the up change but fine down.
Any clues to what it might be?

Im with SS. Ye toe is alot stronger pushin down than goin oop. ( put into your parlance so's ye can unnerstan me.....HEHE)

I find the same from 1st into 2nd sometimes. Sometimes smooth as silk others bit crunchy. Prob bleed the system in next few weeks and replace clutch fluid. Weird and wonderful machines aren't they.
