Hi Guys. I ride a 2008 RSV Factory. Had some battery problems, bought a new battery and replaced the old one. Switched on the bike everything still fine, press starter switch and everything went dead. checked all the fuses, they are fine. Bike is fitted with a bazzaz system. Please help!!

This some kinda alarm? they always lead to battery issues it would seem
It could also be the new battery is a dud, have you got another one you could try?
See if you can jumpstart it off another 12v vehicle

Had same problem with my -05.
My starter solenoid had melted. Probably caused by shortage in the white contact feeding the immobiliser located behind side fairing in LH side.
Check and clean all white contacts on your bike as part of your troubleshooting.

As well. Give us more info.
-Does the fuel pump prime when you turn on ignition? If not, the alarm or immo may be a place to look.
-Any life on the dash/lights etc?
