Right guys need help and fast before i go mad!!! basically my 2002 Mille spins over but wont fire. Floods everytime after a few seconds of turning over, and before anyone says it NO i am not touching the throttle! pulled the plugs and they are sparking but soaking wet with fuel. could my problem be any of the following :- fuel pressure regulater, engine spinning but not fast enough, starter relay? Please any help will be appreciated,
