I was changing chain and sprockets (16/44) at first i had to figure out which way round to fit talon rear sprocket as its machined thinner (-1.5mm) in the center from one side, worked out that the flat side(no inset) should go up against sprocket carrier otherwise sprockets would not line up properly !
but then on tightening (with torque wrench 38ibs)one of the sprocket bushings rung off on inspection looks like some of the bushings have been overtightened in the past! is this a common problem ?
