Bought it brand new back in 2009 as the new RSV4 was being launched. Always liked them and decided I had better hurry up whilst stocks last! Still own it to this day with 35,000 miles on the clock, and still love it just as much as the day I took it home. Obviously it has some improvements over the years, mostly due to the failure of OEM items.

Akrapovic end cans, baffles removed - this was done before I collected it from the dealer and correctly mapped.
Rear pegs removed - who needs them, anyway?
K&N air filter - for obvious reasons, of course. Was changed as soon as I could.
15 tooth front sprocket - overgeared from the factory and was done within a few months of ownership.
Oberon clutch slave cylinder - because the OEM part is rubbish and inevitably the seal failed.
Quick release fuel filler - the original started to leak and this was better quality and half the price.
Rear brake master cyliner from Ducati 1098 - an attempt to improve the rear brake. A bit better but still not great.
Titanium fasteners - upgraded as I go to replace and rusty or damaged ones. Much nicer.
190/55 rear tyre - handles so much better than the factory-fit 190/50 profile. Did this about five years ago as an experiment, and would ever go back.

Well, I think that's all of my changes. And here are a couple of photos of the old girl.
