sprag clutch

hi,think my sprag clutch is on its way out.sometimes it starts fine but then other times it makes a horrible sound,kind of spinning noise?been mentioned before about a bmw one that fits,anyone tell from which model.cheers

Hmm doesn't sound good!

OEM Aprilia Sprag Housing - 0659123
OEM Aprilia Sprag Clutch - 0659110
OEM Aprilia Sprag Gear - 0634595
Aprilia Stator Cover Gasket - 0650340_GS

Alternate sprag parts: Ducati - PN 70140071A. BMW - ENA57177 (has to be installed backwards?) KTM - 5844002600 (has to be installed backwards?)

and here is the how to. lolz I don't think you'll need much more, FYI though I found all this from using google and the search function on here so might be worth using in future.

I used the same link / info to do mine a couple of years back, measured the sprag gear and that was ok so just change the housing and the clutch. Went really well, so very pleased. Good luck
