The Tuono I bought was laid down by the previous owner. Obviously the laid side spoiler was damaged, so the owner probably removed the right side spoiler for symmetry. So my question... should I buy the parts and replace the spoilers or leave them off?

My bike (top 2), versus the stock spoiler comparison:

yep I,m with brooksy on this one . looks like a " work in progress " otherwise .

that's the kinda feedback i was looking for. I definitely want the bike to be complete, and wasn't sure whether those spoilers were an important aspect or not. I'll be ordering the parts soon, thanks!

You do know it's missing the plastic trim above the oil filler cap too.

I don't think you necessarily NEED to replace these parts asap, mainly because the mirrors and bar ends aren't standard so that's an obvious pointer it's been on its side. Maybe if you're planning on selling it on soon get all these, but otherwise just get out and ride!

Hi mate, I've got same bike and agree with other guys you need to replace them, looks a bit unfinished without:thumbup have a look on Flea-bay you might be lucky, you'll need the spacers as well I think?? :cheers

thanks for the feedback! I've already made up my list of parts to get this bad boy back to factory awesomeness. spoilers, left side cover, the long spacer nuts (really weird design on that thing...), and all the other pieces/stickers to complete the spoilers. It'll only cost around $60 for all the spoiler parts.

i still have some damaged items to replace (grips, toe rubber), but the spoilers were flat out missing. I'm on the fence about flat replacing my upper triple clamp... i'm going to file down the corner scrape a bit, and see if that would look okay enough to save buying a $135 replacement.

The bike didn't have the mirrors when i bought it, and i need two mirrors to ride on base. So i slapped on a couple bar end mirrors i had in the garage. I actually hate the bunny ear mirrors on street fighters; prefer the bar ends. And i get awesome rear view vision with the bar end mirrors.

I 'm with you on the look of the bar end mirrors but he view is first class, way better than the std ones
