Took the tuono for a spin this morning, the speedometer wouldn't work. All indicators in the dash are fine, the speedo just stays stuck at 0mph.

Had a look on here it seems it is kind of a common problem: faulty speedo sensor..
When taking the bugger off the caliper I noticed it is cracked and damp where the cable is attached to the sensors head (hope that makes sense, I'm no native speaker).

Unless Jesus comes back to do some miracle in a fortnight I'm gonna have to ask Santa to bring a new sensor (£93, f*** me!)...

Definitely looks same, just wonder if it'd be accurate?
Yeah,....its just a Hall effect switch,...senses the disc bolts as they whizz passed. There is a parts ref no. somewhere,...I'll try and find it.

Cant find the cross ref table right now,but I can assure you the part numbers are the same.its all Piaggio innit.
