We are in a minority as motorcyclists and need to stick together when our pastime is challenged and threatened with such things as are happening to the owners of Croft circuit.

All done buddy. Good luck! I read the amounts and reasons etc. I wonder if the house was there before the circuit? Either way I doubt they were unaware it was gonna be built or it magically appeared over night!

I'd love to live there, can't think of many more entertaining noises. I live about 10 feet away from a Yamaha dealer and it's workshop and I love the noises that come out.

Silly buggers don't know how lucky they are and they want £150,000 compensation! :nana :jack :thumbup

:thumbup there you badger i singed it .We have a noise issue at laguna secca but they made us use cans less anoying to the people who live near by..i hope you guys keep the track.donnie:biggrin
 
Done :rant

The track has already got very stringent noise levels in place. Question how long has the track been there.And when did the couple move in with there daughter :exclamation.Why move next to an established race track and the complain about noise.:dunnoI live near Brands Hatch in Kent. Should i be complaining to ?? im sorry but this is another ridiculous minority case that should be thrown out for what it is.People seem to have far to much time on the hands & to eager to start wasting tax payer money they should be fined and told polity to go away. ( MOVE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT )
