I know we are not all track enthusiasts like me, but can i ask that you take a minute of your time to try and help one of our countries top circuits disappearing due to some money grabbing residents nearby, all i ask is that you sign the petition in this link, don't bother with the donation just fill in the info and click sign.

We are in a minority as motorcyclists and need to stick together when our pastime is challenged and threatened with such things as are happening to the owners of Croft circuit.

Signed matey....I had heard about this problem, as it's the local(ish) circuit to the olde ancestral home......Just what you want I'll move next to a race track & then complain about the noise....only in the UK!
 
Yup, all done. It's a bit like the folks buying new build homes next to the 40yr old fire station I work at and then complaining about the noise of fire engines going out of the door with sirens on! Ummmmm Hello?:dunno

Signed. Was cruising Castle Combe's website the other day as looking at track days there. They have massive problems with noise-hating locals, as does my local track, Thurxton. The Combe site was saying that their noise limits are so low that some Jap bikes (including that track tool of choice the '06 R6) will FAIL with the standard, unmodified exhaust fitted!
 
ive put this on a couple of other forums too, bloody hate this country for people like that, so annoying.
 
croft is my local circuit, those houses live right under the flight path from the airport, guess they should look over there shoulder!!

i had to sit out a session with a noisy exhaust 2db over the 100bd limit, have rallied around there and done some rallycross carnt even start the cars on a sunday b4 12.00 the country has gone mad..oh yeah ive already signed it

Sounds like the type of bloke that moans that his house has been flooded then realises he has bought one next to a river FFS
 
Signed mate, as a regular track rider, i know how much we need to support our smaller tracks in this country. Good luck Croft, and thanks Badger for posting this petition.
