Oh man, this is so lame. I am in charge of kiddies tomorrow and bike is looking seriously underused in garage. Didn't read all posts but if you are off to Brighton you can get a quality breakfast on Madeira Drive (seafront east of pier) and there is masses of parking. Next time then......

Well guys, its 14.00hrs Im home and all the wet cloths are off and im sitting here warm now im re-dressed.

Well I'd have thought that there would have been a better turn out today,
Those in attendance were....myself (Smiffy), Alan (AMB67), Kelly (Mille Mille), Ian (Ear Plugs in), John (RSV Mille) and Mark Ians mate on a rather nice looking and sounding R1,

Mille Mille......the only person that turned up from Essex! well done to the rest of the county for backing her up!
so on the Essex ride out....we had 1 person from Essex and 5 from kent.

We hit a few lanes out through Edenbridge via Ide Hill





We then went on to Lingfield Surrey, and towards Boxhill, by the time we got to Redhill the heavens opened and we got soaked, Ian and Mark peeled off in Dorking for a cofffee, and Amb, RSV Mille, Mille Mille and I all cracked on to the next service station just outsoide Boxhill for a well deserved drink.


At this point it was " sod this " lets head for home, via the M25......spray and Sunshine...we couldnt see ****....then we caught up with Ian and Mark again......I enjoyed it..........If I had stayed at home i would have got dragged into the Sainsbury's run......me thinks riding in ***** weather is better than food shopping.

PS Alan whats going on with your hair doo?

Sorry guys, woke up at 7 this morning and didn't even bother opening the curtains - I could hear the rain so I went back to sleep. Hats off to you all for braving it though, I don't enjoy riding in the wet these days, plus the bike gets all ******* up. Nice pics :thumbup
