hi all so ive got falco headers and 2004 twin mille headers what would be the better fit i know ill have to cut and weld different flanges to the 2004 headers ive also got the black cans to go with them that ill be cutting the cats out but just want a little more info on fitting and best way to go about it before i start cutting my fairings and pipes and things many thanks :thumbup

Personally I 'd leave the standard rear pipe in place and adapt the newer system to fit that as it's the rear pipe that causes most issues as the fatter pipe has trouble squeezing through the swing are.....try af1 and rsvr.net for info as quite a few bods have done it.
The falco is the easiest to fit though you can keep the rsv rear pipe but you need the falco fromt pipe

thanks for the reply. at the min ive got the standard single with the aprilia race can but love the look of the twin cans.
i was only thinking of using the fatter 2004 headers because i have the cans to fit as they dont fit the falco headers.
if i used my falco headers would i need the falco cans to fit to ive seen they go cheap enough

Standard Falco cans no good for performance so race cans the way forward...if you go gen2 decat and core the cans
